​“The call came at University in my early 20s' and given my less than committed attitude to study at the time, in the most unlikely and special of places. Sitting in St. Mary's library a copy of the Tao Te Ching, a book on the Spanish Inquisition and something else (I’m guessing Kierkegaard) in front of me I felt the familiar frustration, at what I can’t remember and then suddenly felt an incredible peace come over me. A clear sense that 'Unclouded God Consciousness' was what life was all about enveloped me and for the first time in my life I felt a sense of true purpose.

I did my best to ignore (run away) from it for the next decade or so while losing myself in Surrey life but that kernel never left me. It incubated and stays with me today, guiding my warmth, curiosity, empathy, humour, love of learning and life.”

Particular areas of interest include guiding clients through life stages (particularly post university, 27/28, midlife and relationship difficulties), inner child/ trauma work, the mobilisation of latent/ trapped energy in the body and the impact of family history/ constellations on our relationships and situations, both personal and professional. I have also become adept at being with and guiding people through Spiritual emergencies and ‘Dark nights of the Soul’.
