Briefly the process involves:

1. Creating the Container. Data and information gathering, a deep dive into the history, structure, values and dreams of the organisation and its core personnel on all levels. What works? What brings the organisation and people into alignment with stated objectives?

2. Exploration of the information. Where things aren’t working experiments and systemic constellations are created to find ways to bring alignment back into the system.

3. Integration and Alignment. The enactment of what serves the healing process best. This may involve Team Workshops, Systemic Constellations, Energy Healing (Individual and Collective), Ritual work, One to One facilitation and coaching.

4. Space Holding and adjustment. The Spiritual Director ‘holds space’ for the development and growth of the organisation, integrating growth and developments as they happen, making adjustments as needed.
